P90X Day 9, Plyometrics
This was my second time doing Plyometrics and I did much better than the first time. I was still very nauseous by the end. I did enjoy it much more than the first time and I am beginning to develop a love/hate relationship with this workout. Basically I hate it while I am doing it but I love how it makes me feel once it's done!
P90X Day 10, Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
I upped my weight and I have found that I am going to be buying a heavier set of dumbbells real soon. I am loving how strong I am getting. It is truly amazing how fast I am feeling results. With Ab Ripper I am able to go much longer on each exercise and I can get my shoulders completeyly off the floor now. When I started I could barely get the tops of my shoulders up!
P90X Day 11, Yoga X
I really dreaded this workout after doing it the first time. I was able to do more this time around and I expect to see much more improvement with each time. Once I am able to fully keep up with all the moves and poses I suspect I will not dread this one so much. I refuse to skip it or sub it, since I know how good yoga is for all around fitness!
